Apple does not allow apps to access or change the From address for in-app email messages. The email address that is set as the "Default Account" in the Mail, Contacts, Calendars section of the iOS Settings app is the default email address used by all applications for sending email messages. You can change that Default Account setting and then Attendance (and all other apps) will use that email address as the initial "From" address.
